At East Wind, the peanuts are dry-roasted, then cooled and mechanically blanched to remove the skins. Then the peanuts are milled into smooth or crunchy peanut butter, with or without added salt. East Wind peanut butter not only tastes great, but also is a healthy, nutritious addition to your diet. It is delicious on bread or spread on apple slices, celery sticks and bananas. Warm from the mill, East Wind Natural Peanut Butter is available in 16-oz. glass jars (4-pack), 16-oz. glass jars (case) or bulk, in 5-lb. buckets or 35-lb. tubs.

East Wind Organic Peanut Butter is made from peanuts which are certified organic by USDA Stellar Certification. It is one of our most popular nut butters. The taste and quality that goes into every jar begins in the field with the peanut crop. Organic crops take extra care, as they are grown according to strict standards that must be documented at every step by the grower. Our roasting and milling process is similar to our Natural Peanut Butter. No stabilizers, preservatives, artificial flavors, or colors. Crunchy or smooth,it's just peanuts— and sea salt, if you fancy it (with salt only available in smooth). We also sell roasted peanuts, both organic and natural, in 25-lb boxes. These are excellent for indviduals and businesses who like to grind their own peanut butter.
